What if I don't have a technical co-founder?+
Most of our AI Launch clients are solo or small founder teams. We bring the engineering throughout the engagement and hand off documentation + ADRs so you can either hire one later or keep operating with us on retainer.
Do you take equity instead of cash?+
Sometimes — for the right team and the right thesis we'll consider a hybrid. Default is cash. Ask us.
What happens after week 10?+
Your system is in production and your team owns it. Optional 30-day post-launch support is included. After that, retainer or you fly solo.
Can you use my preferred stack?+
Yes if it's reasonable for production AI. We push back if a choice will hurt you later — but you make the final call.
How fast can we start?+
Typically 1–2 weeks from signed SOW to kickoff.
